Four Points by Sheraton Sydney, Central Park currently ha an exciting opportunity for a full time **Night Auditor **to join our Front Office team.

**About the role**:

- Complete the night audit process, reconciling and reporting
- Assist guests arriving and departing the hotel through the check-in and departure process
- Handle guest requests, inquiries and complaints effectively and efficiently
- Provide information on all facilities provided within the hotel

**We are looking for**:

- Must be available to work from 10.45pm to 7.15am
- Experience in a similar role within a hotel environment
- Experience with OPERA property management system
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of computer literacy and accuracy
- A willingness to use initiative and strong problem solving skills
- Permanent resident or unlimited working rights in Australia
