**Role Overview**

As a Sales & Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic sales and marketing initiatives. You will work closely with our clients to understand their goals and develop customized solutions to meet their needs. From prospecting new clients to nurturing existing relationships, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue and expanding our client base.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
- Create and execute strategic marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and generate leads.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that align with client goals.
- Track and analyze sales and marketing metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance our offerings and capabilities.

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the digital marketing industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

**Benefits**

**How to Apply**:
Pay: $60,121.37 - $70,652.40 per year
