We are currently seeking an administration assistant who is well presented, reliable, organised and friendly to join our Accounting practice in Liverpool NSW.

We have a relaxed, team-based environment and are family friendly.

This role will include general administrative tasks with training provided. This is a team-based role and you will be reporting to other administrative assistants and management daily. You will be required to provide excellent customer service both over the phone and at reception and have effective time management skills and enthusiasm to prioritise all administration tasks.

- Previous experience in an accounting office or professional office
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Mature professional outlook
- Strong skills in Office 365, Word, Excel
- Strong organisational skills
- High attention to detail

**Responsibilities include**:

- General Administrative tasks including, receive inbound calls, schedule meetings, meeting clients and visitors at reception.
- Scanning and electronic filing of documents
- Collating Tax Return and Financials and raising invoices.
- Uploading work to our database and workflow system
- Preparing ATO and ASIC Forms and related documentation
- Liaising with the Australian Taxation Office
- Administration Support to team and other duties required by management (including work processing, data entry and other tasks)
