**Job Description**:
As an integral part of the Supply Chain team, your role will be to provide leadership and direction for Service Centres in Queensland to deliver excellence in safety, operational cost, customer service and quality performance. Based at either our Rochedale or Redbank sites, this role reports directly to the Director, Plant Operations, Australia.

The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Leading the Operations Strategy in Queensland across our network of seven owned service centres and multiple subcontracted providers.- Providing the leadership to support Service Centres in QLD to promote and build a generative zero harm safety culture.- Engage employees in delivering Service Excellence and exhibiting the CHEP brand values in every customer interaction.- Using appropriate, standard optimisation processes, implementing standard work and developing and measuring the right metrics to deliver operational excellence across the Queensland Network.- Managing short term / long term planning & budgeting for the Queensland site network, ensuring cost initiatives are delivered, budgets are met, and conditioning capacity growth is planned in line with customer demand.- Ensuring adherence to HACCP and critical food grade operational obligations to relevant sites.- Identifying ways to change the game, using technology and innovation to deliver an overall lower cost of doing business, improving our competitiveness.- Tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or a related discipline.- Significant experience in leading multi-site operations in manufacturing or supply chain- An accomplished leader with a track record of success creating a culture of performance.- Experience with unionised industrial relations would be advantageous.- Commercial experience, strong business acumen and a continuous improvement mindset
