主要职责：
- 高效管理发票和数据输入任务，确保财务文件的准确性和及时性。
- 监督采购流程，包括与供应商沟通、下订单和供应链协调。
- 作为来电的第一接触点，提供卓越的客户服务并迅速解答查询。
- 维持有组织的档案系统，并定期进行数据库维护，以确保资料的最新和准确。
要求：
- 时间管理和组织技能，能够在动态环境中优先处理任务。
- 精通Microsoft Office套件（Word、Excel），尤其是在数据管理和报告生成方面。
- 团队合作精神，能够在快节奏的工作环境中迅速适应。
- 精通英语和中文的优秀沟通技巧，能够进行专业的书面通信和清晰的口头互动。懂粤语者更佳。
