**The Opportunity**

As a Strata Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing the legislative, financial, legal, risk, insurance, and maintenance aspects of strata schemes.

Your responsibilities:

- Offer expert advice on strata topics and ensure compliance with by-laws
- Collaborate with strata committees
- Conducting of annual meetings, oversight of arrears, payment of accounts, management of relationships with owners and tenants and the preparation and audit of monthly and annual reports
- Manage maintenance and projects, from obtaining quotes to overseeing timely completion

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will need to be an experienced and licenced strata manager. Most importantly, you must have a customer service focus and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
