A Strata Management company in the Eastern Suburbs is searching for an experienced and detail orientated Accounts Payable officer to assist on an 4 week temporary assignment, commencing immediately.
**The Role**

You will be responsible for all accounts payable duties.
- Process and approve invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Match invoices with purchase orders and receipts to verify accuracy of billing.
- Review and reconcile statements, resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Prepare and process payment runs, including electronic transfers and cheque payments.
- Maintain vendor records and respond to inquiries regarding payment status or invoice discrepancies.

**Experience & skills required**:

- A minimum of 1 years experience working in Accounts Payable in a Strata company
- Working knowledge of Strata Connect is essential
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Able to commence immediately for a 4 week assignment
