This fast-paced, growing business is looking for an
**Executive Assistant** to support the Director. This person will play an instrumental role in ensuring that each and every sale is executed with the highest degree of care, attention and professionalism whilst backing up their moto of being committed to deliver the fastest, most honest and reliable results to all their clients.

**THE ROLE**:

- Monday to Friday position - flexibility with taking a call after hours/Saturday's if required however no requirement to come into office weekends
- Setting up and management of clients
- Contract management and any property administration
- Communication with Real Estate agents in regards to listings and off markets
- Liaising with clients on a day to day basis
- Coordinating day to day team operations and general office management duties
- Onboarding of new team members and setting them up/offering training
- Salary negotiable on experience $85-95K + super
