**About the role**

P&C Business Partners at Youi are responsible for providing high quality, responsive and timely advice, support and consultancy services to people leaders and team members in a particular business portfolio. **About you**
- Tertiary level qualifications in a relevant discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of generalist HR experience (insurance or financial services industry would be advantageous)
- In-depth knowledge of Human Resource organisational policies and practices
- Strong business acumen
- Service oriented and committed to delivering practical outcomes
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong consulting, influencing, negotiation and facilitation skills
- The ability to manage stakeholder relationships and build trust is critical
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
