The purpose of the Winery Administrator is to support and assist the Winemaking Team by playing

an integral part in Customer Communication and Stock Management.
- Being the go-to person within our office for all thing's winemaking administration
- Maintain of winery operating system for McLaren Vintners - Winemaking, Vineyard, and Customer stock
- Recording all Cellar Worksheets into the winery operating system as directed by the Winemaking Team
- Investigate, propose, and implement Best Practice use of the winery operating system.
- Maintain and track multi-Allocations.
- Update customer stock reports daily and report stock movements to customers monthly.
- Maintain KPI report for board reporting.
- Ensure LIP compliance and blending notes within Wine Australia requirements.

Vintage Duties
- Support when required for weighbridge, weighing in of fruit.
- Prepare Vintage worksheets for winemakers:

- Red Crush notes, Yeasting notes, Press notes
- Out of hours support is required during vintage.
- Daily crush schedule/ fermenter schedule
- Fruit in take bookings, liaise with customers/growers to coordinate bookings.

Job Requirements
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Advanced reconciliation skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Previous Wine industry knowledge desirable
- Ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines and manage workload.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Displays a positive nature and a keen desire to excel in all aspects of the role.
- Previous experience and demonstrated ability to work in a busy production or office environment.
