**About the role**:
An exciting opportunity to join our team at Planned Care for Better Health/Emergency to Community (PCBH / EDC) service. This permanent part-time opportunity allows more work-life balance as this role is shared with another Administration Officer with current working days required on Mondays and Tuesdays.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Working across multiple IT platforms to complete audits, input data, manage appointments in both clinical and non-clinical systems, and handle meeting agendas and meetings.
- Collaboration spans across the multidisciplinary team, involving both health and non-health referrers, as well as staff from various District teams.
**Where you’ll be working**:
- Planned Care for Better Health and Emergency to Community, is co-located on the Adamstown site with the Community Referral Intake Centre and Integrated Chronic Care for Aboriginal People Program. The service features excellent parking and proximity to shops and cafes. It operates Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm and is closed on public holidays.
- The team has a stable workforce, comprising of Registered and Enrolled Nurses, Social Workers, Administrative Staff, a Liaison GP and a Nurse Manager. The team is part of a broader District-wide service.

- Eligibility to drive in NSW and willingness to travel for work purposes.
