Medical Receptionist

Engage with patients and medical practitioners as the primary contact for all enquiries
- Keep the calendar up to date for patient appointments
- Use medical software for booking appointments, medical billing
- Collect patient information accurately and comprehensively
- Manage clinical documentation, referrals, patient records and correspondence
- Check in patients upon arrival at consultations
- Take payments, conduct invoicing and receipting of patient accounts and undertake daily banking reconciliation
- Keep the office, consulting rooms and kitchen areas tidy and clean
- Other reception and administration duties as required.
