**About this opportunity**

We are now looking for a **Head of Simplification and Automation** a unit under **Global Business Services (GBS), within GFGO**. The position is a part of the Global Services Leadership team with reporting line to** Head of GBS** and part of the Global Services Leadership Team.

In this role you are responsible as Simplification & Automation Leader to Identify and Drive continuous process improvement projects across GBS & deliver on experience & efficiencies.
Matrix Reporting
- Team of 10 dedicated / digital experts to work closely with Cluster of Digital / Process improvement experts in each function (dotted line to this leader)

**What you will do **
- Simplification & Automation team will drive Process Improvements and Digitalization by demonstrating six sigma practices, value stream mapping etc.
- Planning & Implementing Simplification & Digitization RoadMap
- Proactive process reviews to map opportunities for Simplification & Digitization - analyzing existing workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and proposing solutions to streamline processes
- Cross-function collaboration to understand needs, gather requirements, & implement tailored automation solutions
- Evaluate and recommend automation tools, technologies, and platforms
- Design and oversee the implementation of robust automation frameworks and standards
- Support and validate budget, resource needs, & timelines for automation projects, ensuring efficient utilization of resources and timely delivery of initiatives

**You will bring **
- A strong inner drive with a great interest of translating business opportunities into people related activities.
- The ability to engage, inspire and influence people. Used to drive strategic People initiatives in a global environment and seek collaboration to deliver end to end results to the business.
- Background within talent acquisition and/or experience and track record of successfully designing and executing on talent and organizational ramp-up plans, is an advantage
- Excellent articulation and communication skills, persuading & influencing, proactive, delivering results & able to work in tight deadlines
- Interest in market trends and have an innovative attitude
- Deep understanding experience of People Policies, Processes and best practices in a global context
- Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills
- Influence business direction through Excellent analytical and presentation skills
