Accident Direct Australia (ADA) is an accident management business offering a one-stop service to people who have had a motor vehicle accident. We assist people with their motor vehicle claim from the time of the collision. Part of our services include:

- Arranging Repairs within a reputable partner network;
- Providing an accident Replacement vehicle to ADA customers (Including delivering the vehicle and collecting your vehicle at your preferred point of contact)
- Liasing with all parties including other parties, witnesses, insurers to ensure your claim is dealt with stress free.

We are looking for a Sales Rep/Customer Service Rep to join our team.

**Key tasks**
- Promotion of Business to Business Referral programs;
- Promotional activities directly to Consumers;
- Social Media Promotion;
- Digital Content Creation;
- Door to Door Sales;
- Assisting Clients with completing the Accident Claim form;
- Delivering Rental Vehicles to Customers;
- Collecting Customer vehicles and transporting the vehicle safely to Repairer locations.

**Qualifications**
- **Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.**:

- **Ability to Multitask.**:

- **Previous Experience in a sales related role preferred.**
