The Brand |

Established in Sydney, Australia in 2016 from a desire to create quality, timeless jewellery at an affordable price. With an emphasis on modernity & refined beauty, this brand aims to make pieces that create a connection with their customer.

They have now have two retail stores in Sydney, a growing online business and are sold across David Jones, The Iconic & other boutiques across Australia and New Zealand and are now looking for an experience Graphic Designer and Content Manager to join their growing team.

The Role |
- Brainstorm on and improve design processes and workflows
- Establish strong relationships with design vendors such as photographers and illustrators
- Assist creative director in the development and creation of campaign shoots and video production
- Assist and lead briefs for flatly product photography & video
- Work with the marketing team as required to plan content across online and offline channels and oversee website content ensuring it is fresh, engaging and driving click through and conversion
- Lead ideation and design of campaigns across all digital channels and ensure brand experience is visually consistent
- Develop packaging design and in store visual merchandising, POS collateral. Develop Catalogues and lookbooks for wholesale and retail sales
- Monitor and analyse competitor content and ensure brand differentiation.
- Monitor EDM and web content with Ecomm manager and optimise to improve performance assist in customer retention through creative strategy.
- Create digitally focused ADs across Meta, Pinterest Google and Design imagery for Journal landing pages alongside development of new blog and story templates.
- Assist in new website UX concepts and designs in order to consistently improve web experience.

The Skillset |
- 3-5 years experience in digital and graphic design with exceptional Adobe skills
- Strong time management skills
- Photography skills a bonus (eg. flatlay lifestyle shots)
- Be a team player - inclusive, reliable, accountable and adaptable with the ability to manage multiple projects & deadlines
- Enjoy the challenge of being in a fast paced and growing business with the ability to adapt to its changing needs
- Be results driven with an ability to meet & exceed key performance indicators and deadlines
- Have the ability to identify and improve business efficiency through implementation of new systems, processes and automation
- Excellent verbal & written communication, with the ability to understand as well set briefs with an expert outcome.
- Strong written skills, with the ability to produce engaging on brand text adaptations appropriate for multiple media and channels.
- Have strong attention to detail, highly organised, pride in work, initiative and a can-do solution oriented mindset
- Possess a ‘digital first’ mindset and demonstrated capabilities
- Mandatory experience utilising e-Commerce software such as Shopify and Klaviyo, with demonstrated ability to design and adapt campaign creative across multiple platforms, including website, EDM, social media, digital advertising, print & VM.
- Ideation of the content strategy & planning to align with short-term and long-term marketing & eCommerce targets
