**About the role**

**Key Duties**
- Help establish a framework for how Change Management is executed with Fujitsu
- Operate as change lead across multiple programs of work and ensure consistency around progress
- Provide guidance and advisory services directly
- Influence program teams and bring an element of change management to demonstrate value for change

**About you**
- Tenured Change Management experience within large complex matrix organisations across multiple programs of work
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
