**About the Role**:As a Lead Web Officer your responsibilities will include**:
- Undertake Google Analytics data explorations and reviews
- Undertake WCAG reviews on website and web solutions, using industry standard accessibility review tools and assistive technologies
- Collaborate with designers, developers and web accessibility experts to assess business requirements, determine schedules and create innovative web solutions that conform with mandatory standards and guidelines
- Working closely and communicate with technical teams and non-technical teams
- Support our Service Delivery Managers in the execution of their roles
- Assisting management team with the delivery of any future web hosting platform
- Undertake specific and ad hoc activities as allocated by the management team
**About You**:
To excel in this role, it would be highly desirable to possess the following skills and experience:
- Proven ability in coordinating and managing web related activities, time management and working effectively in a team environment
- Demonstrated experience with Google Analytics 4 including Looker Studio
- Demonstrated experience with WCAG 2.1 AA and 2.2AA guidelines and the ARIA Authoring Practices guide (APG)
- Demonstrated experience with accessibility evaluation tools such as ARC Toolkit, Axe Core and assistive technologies such as NVDA
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office 365 Suite, ServiceNow and Azure DevOps Boards
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Effectively build and maintain strategic working relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Contribute to creating a workplace that embraces diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
