**Your Impact**:
We have an opportunity for someone with a passion for Sales capability to join the Group Growth & Strategy team as the Sales Capability Manager on an **8-month parental leave cover.** Reporting to the Head of Commercial Capability you will working closely with Asahi Lifestyle Beverages, Carlton United Breweries and Asahi Beverages New Zealand Sales teams to deliver training, coaching and support to the business divisions in relation to our sales capability programs for 2023 & 2024.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the ongoing development and implementation of training and materials to the Sales Teams across the Group
- Lead the development and design of content to deploy across the business divisions
- Identify Sales capability gaps and work with Commercial Capability team to incorporate these into the Asahi Growth Framework roadmap & agenda including tools, processes and frameworks
- Work with the Sales and Marketing Leadership teams to align on prioritization of training initiatives, setting clear objectives
- Form strong relationships with key stakeholders within the Business Divisions, identifying opportunities to ensure our initiatives are fit for purpose, and ensure successful adoption

**Key Projects In 2023**:

- Deploy and embed the Asahi Way of Joint Business Planning working in conjunction with an external consultant
- Embed the Triple Win Sales Call and associated learning & coaching modules, working closely with the Business Division Sales leads
- Support deployment of the Asahi Way of Physical Availability & our RSVP executional framework to the Field Sales Team
- Support in the design and development of 2024 programs, including stakeholder engagement to the plan for deployment and embedding.

- You have a clear passion for training and developing others around you
- You have excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to present to and maintain engagement of a wide audience
- You have a strength in building relationships with key stakeholders at different levels through the business
- You are highly collaborative, able to bring together best practice from across the business and seek feedback from different sources
- You have the ability to develop written recommendations and training content for deployment

**Additionally**:

- Strong strategic thinking to identify and solve new problems
- Strong Sales thought leadership and understanding of best practices
- Ability to scope and design capability frameworks & training modules
- Experience identifying and implementing capability improvements
