Building Supervisor

Prospect, Australia HPG Building Services Full time

The primary objective of this role is to carry out property inspections, assess each project, complete accurate scopes of work, allocate budgets and work orders, prepare and submit reports and quotes. Monitor work and approve invoices upon completion.

**The successful applicant will be responsible, but not limited, to the following**:

- Inspect, quote, manage, coordinate and supervise projects
- Conduct inspections and compile accurate scopes of work
- Prepare and submit building inspection reports
- Maintain the customers’ requirements and company’s KPI’s
- Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Keep all stakeholders informed and up to date with regular communication
- Supervise and maintain quality control of projects
- Assess and process trade/supplier invoices
- Adherence to company policies and procedures
- Maintain a safe, healthy, and enjoyable work environment

Pay: $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
