Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Retail Supervisor to provide support to our store senior leadership team and lead a designated department, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly and customer service standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coaching and Development: Coach the team on best practices and develop their skills to deliver exceptional customer service and support.
  • Operational Management: Oversee workflow, ensure merchandising standards align with business requirements, and coordinate stock effectively.
  • Leadership: Set an example by providing friendly and helpful advice to customers, and work collaboratively with the team to achieve results and standards.
  • Communication: Maintain open communication with team members, management, and customers, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience supervising a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • An ability to coach and develop others, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members and customers.
  • A genuine passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences.
  • The ability to work effectively in a dynamic and ever-changing environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
