This a unique opportunity for a passionate and proactive person to lead our driven and hardworking team on our mission to help more people in our local community live happier and healthier lives through exercise.

We’re looking for a leader with the utmost integrity who will drive the membership and financial growth of our studio

The role is exciting and fast-paced and focuses on two specific goals.

1) Driving membership growth by generating and converting high-quality new prospect leads to exceed monthly sales targets

2) Building positive relationships within the Orangetheory community and enhancing the member experience with next-level customer service

**YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE**
- Generating and converting high-quality sales leads through planning and executing lead generation campaigns, community and business outreach and member referral campaigns
- Identifying new business opportunities and pitching and executing new ideas to help grow the Orangetheory member base
- Delivering exceptional sales presentations and studio tours for new prospects
- Constantly reviewing and looking for ways to improve processes such as; new member onboarding, lead journeys, referral and outreach campaigns
- Coaching and developing the sales team to ensure sales targets are met
- Execute administration procedures and studio operations to a high standard
- Assist with the studio’s social media platforms
- Manage the member care processes so that all members have a great experience every time
- Make people's day

**WHO SHOULD APPLY FOR THIS ROLE?**
- You've read all the above, you're excited, and your experience meets the position requirements and responsibilities
- A proven history of sales experience and leading teams to exceed sales targets
- A proven history of admin, customer service or experience working in a Fitness Centre
- You have impeccable presentation and communication
- You have the right to work in Australia
- Most of all, you have integrity, a good sense of humour, a passion for fitness and helping people

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
