**About the role**

An exciting opportunity as Catalogue Planner has arisen within our Marketing Team.

As the driver to deliver the creative look and feel of catalogue in line with Brand Standards, this role is a key to executing effectively our Coles Customer Calendar Marketing Campaigns in catalogue.

This newly created role is the perfect opportunity for an ambitious Catalogue Planning professional to step up and enhance their commercial experience.

**What you’ll be doing**

Reporting to National Customer Communications Manager, you will work to provide comprehensive briefs, product samples, and direction to deliver creative requests from key stakeholders and ensure customer messages in the weekly Catalogue are clear, in line with Catalogue guidelines, Fair Trading guidelines using Customer Insights to influence the way our customers interact with our catalogue. This exciting opportunity is part of an integral team responsible for the communication channel within catalogue planning.

**You’ll also**
- Compile content for Studio Brief on rotational basis with other planners
- Maintain and review WIP Catalogues in line with Brand Standards
- Review Advertising Proposals and identify discrepancies and follow up with the relevant team/s
- Traffic Catalogue pages, interpret and manage Merchandise Feedback where required
- Read and review weekly Catalogue to ensure discrepancies are identified.

**About you and your skills**

You’re an experienced catalogue planner with a project management flair who has a minimum of 3 years’ experience in this or a related field. Not only will you have marketing campaign experience, but you will have demonstrated merchandising experience to bring things to life in an impactful way.

Coming from a Retail or FMCG background, you are insight-driven and able to craft and communicate a clear plan. You collaborate and influence with ease and can demonstrate driving successful initiatives across an organisation, at pace.

**You’ll also need**

- Strong planning focus and attention to detail with experience in marketing campaigns
- Excel and Adobe experience
- Experience using Wellcom suite an advantage but not essential
- Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management and negotiation/influencing skills
- Passion, resilience, and the ability to roll up sleeve when necessary
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and calm under pressure.
