We require an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual who seeks a career in a leading manufacturing player in Queensland. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will thrive on working in a fast-paced environment, have a pro-active, can-do attitude and a passion for Human Resources and what it can bring to the organisation.

**The role will have a strong focus on blue collar recruitment within a manufacturing environment, you will be a quick learner and have the ability to take on the varied responsibilities of the role.**

**Main responsibilities**:

- Assisting Hiring Managers across the organization with the **Recruitment Process and Interviewing**.
- Managing the **New Employee Onboarding.**:

- Handling New Employee **Documentation and Legal Requirements**.
- Assisting the **Training & Development Department** in identifying, designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for employees across the organization.
- Undertaking additional **HR tasks** as required.
- Assist in **Payroll Administrative Tasks**.
- Provide back up for reception duties as needed.

**Requirements**:

- **+6 months of experience in Recruitment or HR Administrative tasks**:

- Valuable having good administrative skills and attention to detail
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related fields are valued
- Previous experience in high volume recruitment
- Highly developed written and verbal communication
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills
- Strong time management and organisation skills
- Experience with HRIS systems and Time & Attendance systems highly regarded
- **Will to learn and grow**

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
