As a talented Multimedia Specialist with proven digital design skills, your specific responsibilities will include as below.

**Main Tasks**:

- Designing and developing digital graphics, imaging, presentations, audio and video clips, and online content to support our marketing and academic team.
- Take ownership of the visual elements of multimedia work for new courses, brochures, and marketing materials.
- Uncover new ways to incorporate emerging and new media formats into academic and marketing projects.
- Work with a wide range of media and design software, including but not limited to: Adobe suite, WordPress, ActiveCampaing, Articulate and Moodle.
- Prepare layouts, wireframes, storyboards, and mock-ups using illustration, text, photography, colour, and computer-generated imagery, either by hand or using computer software.
- Produce quality, high-end illustration and/or photography.
- Work as part of a team with academic trainers, copywriters, designers, marketing specialist, SEO specialist, developers, managers, and the sales team.
- 5 years’ experience with multimedia specialist experience
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Understand of Digital Marketing, such as social media and Google ads.
- Video editing capabilities with proficiency in Premier Pro/After Effects
- Ability to multi-task and progress several projects simultaneously, working in a fast-paced environment
- Great design skills combined with a focus on results and strong attention to detail
- Knowledge and passion regarding design trends and innovation
- Good communication skills and openness to collaboration
- Adaptability, agility, and commitment to team success
- Experience with international students as client

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor level degree in a relevant field OR demonstrated at least two years of experience in a similar role
- Able to advise on best practice customer experiences
- You connect the links between system, customer and design and educate your stakeholders
- You have a strong working knowledge of CSS/SASS, HTML, and the ability to build templates
- You have a strong understanding of both the Design Thinking
- Have a strong understanding of digital marketing
- Have full working rights to work in Australia
