The role In this role, you will align with QPS values while adhering to service quality standards and occupational health and safety policies. As a key contributor to the NGO Quality Accreditation Framework project, led by the Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in planning, coordinating, and implementing project activities. This involves providing support to project governance groups, engaging stakeholders, and facilitating effective communication with departmental leads, NGO partners, and quality standards representatives.
Your responsibilities also include maintaining project management records, analysing data for decision-making, producing accurate project documents and reports, and contributing to a collaborative and innovative project culture. Additionally, you will actively participate in fostering a workplace environment that upholds quality human resource management practices, encompassing employment equity, anti-discrimination, occupational health and safety, and ethical behaviour.
The successful personTo excel in this position, you must showcase a proven track record inexperience in contributing to successful project management outcomes, adeptly handling priorities, meeting deadlines, and accomplishing project objectives. Your success will also be marked by a comprehensive strong understanding of contemporary human services procurement and funding practices, coupled with honed research and analysis skills drawing from diverse information sources for informed advice and documentation.
Furthermore, effective communication skills are paramount, encompassing the ability to consult engage proficiently with internal staff, external organizations, and professional groups. Your writing proficiency should extend to preparing various project and operational documents, facilitating engagement, promotion, and workforce capability activities. Demonstrated expertise in utilizing information technology systems for collecting, analysing, reporting, and disseminating substantial data is also a key requirement.
