**Client Manager, Health & Benefits Australia**
Aon’s Health & Benefits team is part of Aon People Solutions, Australia’s leader in helping organisations attract, retain, protect and sustain the workforce they need to be able to deliver on their business strategy. You will be part of a multi-disciplined Health & Benefits team within People Solutions. Reporting directly to a Client Director, you will be part of a team of colleagues placing and advising clients on their Accident & Health, Private Health, and Life insurance programs. Additionally, working hand in hand in close collaboration with the broader People Solutions business and the broader Aon business to deliver exceptional value to clients.
This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Aon offices.

**What the day will look like**
Reporting directly to the Client Director, you will be managing a portfolio of Financial Services and Professional Services clients, advising on all elements of Private Health Insurance.
**You will be responsible for**:
- Managing a portfolio of clients (primarily relating to Private Health Insurance - PHI)
- Retention of existing PHI client portfolio to Aon standards
- Lift in revenues through growing existing client accounts and new business prospecting
- Engagement and negotiation with relevant PHI insurance markets
- Utilising data and analytics to provide insights to clients and support PHI marketing strategies
- Constructing and executing client service plans to deliver superior client outcomes, ensuring the plans align to client need and are relevant and impactful
- Engagement with clients as appropriate to position Aon as a ‘trusted advisor’
- Working collaboratively with H&B and other People Solutions colleagues (including outside Australia particularly in Asia) to build best in class solutions for Aon clients
- Updating all required platforms and systems as required as part of client servicing for example Aon’s H&B global benefits platform Greater Insight
- Being a ‘student of Aon’ and using that knowledge to contribute more broadly to client retention and growth

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- Extensive knowledge of Private Health Insurance programs including the various legislative requirements
- Previous experience at least 5 years of working in the PHI space either for insurers and/or consulting/broking company
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively in oral and written form
- Organised with good time management skills
- Proven ability to successfully manage multiple consulting engagements for a diverse range of clients
- Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, in-house designed databases)
- Superior time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects projects/deadlines simultaneously.
- Promotes and facilitates effective two-way communication with all stakeholders
- Ability to positively influence key decision makers
