**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
As the Territory Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the growth of the NSW territory and providing field/remote clinical, technical, and educational support in EP. The primary focus is to support new therapy introduction and use, demonstrating clinical expertise to influence superior outcomes.
- Plan and develop the market with a focus on generating new business
- Support existing accounts to find new opportunities and further product utilisation
- Be involved in high-end clinical conversations, showcasing products and procedural knowledge
- Directly provide expertise and support to patients
- Feel empowered to make decisions and manage your time effectively
- Maintain a high level of technical and market knowledge on an ongoing basis
- Attending cases with customers, operating products where appropriate, and providing detailed training and advice to physicians on clinical techniques associated with electrophysiology products.
- Attending meetings, conferences and exhibitions as required to promote Electrophysiology products and services.

**YOUR EXPERIENCE**:

- Electrophysiology experience is essential
- Demonstrated sales success in the medical device industry
- Strong ability to interpret clinical information and articulate to a niche group of stakeholders
- High level of communication and interpersonal skills
- A well-developed understanding of healthcare and hospital environments
- Medical devices reps outside of EP are also encouraged to apply
- Motivated performer who is passionate about science, healthcare, and innovation
