We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Contracting Manager to join our Sydney Solutions team. We provide pre-sales support and expertise in KPMG’s Consulting division for all solutions enabled by world leading technology platforms, such as Workday, Microsoft, ServiceNow, Oracle, SAP and others. This role is responsible for management and resolution of commercial and contract risks and leading our selected bid teams through negotiations, Statement of Works, Contract build and execution with our client.

**Your Opportunity**:
In this opportunity, you will:

- Take accountability for identification, management and resolution of commercial and contract risks and issues working with executives to ensure the best outcome for all parties.
- Work alongside the assigned client, sales, technology, and functional leads, and the Solutions Pricing team throughout the sales lifecycle, to assist with commercial and contractual outcomes with sales teams and business leadership, including contract drafting support, providing high quality advice on KPMG positions and negotiations

You enjoy seeing our Bid teams, the Firm and our Clients successfully navigate contracting to a true business Partnership and clear transparent contract.

To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills & experience could include:

- Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in commercial and contracting roles with exposure to complex technology implementation deals
- Demonstrated understanding of legal, business and commercial risks, contracting regulations and principles, subcontracting practices and commercial contracting T&Cs
- Demonstrated experience in drafting and negotiation throughout the sales lifecycle to execution
- Demonstrated experience in supporting discussions to influence key commercial and contracting decisions
