**About the Role**
As the Digital Experience Channels Coordinator in the University's educational technology team, you will be responsible for creating and updating web content, coordinating events, channel management, and developing learning technology guides. You will work closely with students, staff, and external stakeholders to provide support and troubleshoot any learning technology issues. Reporting to the Manager of Academic Systems Digital Experience, this position offers you an exciting opportunity to work with a suite of cutting-edge learning technologies.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Actively contributing to enterprise learning system projects, collaborating with teams across the University, and developing/integrating/testing LMS tools and service/tool changes.
- Coordinating communication channels, including electronic newsletters, web content, and collaborative discussion channels with staff across the University.
- Actively contributing to developing a community of practice for users of learning and teaching technologies at the University.
- Contributing to user-focused service delivery of learning technologies, including user liaison, training, and communication, in accordance with agreed procedures, SLAs, and service targets.

**Who we are looking for**
We are seeking tech-savvy, educational technology professionals with a background in providing training and support with a student and staff-focused approach. You will be able to utilise your high-level planning and organisational skills, to prioritise, plan, monitor, and evaluate tasks to meet timelines. You will have strong communication skills (written and verbal) and experience working in a higher education context.

You will also have:

- Undergraduate or postgraduate qualifications, or relevant equivalent experience/education/training.
- Demonstrated experience and skills in the support of learning and teaching activities conducted via educational technologies in preferably a higher education context.
- Sound skills in web publishing (using a range of content management systems) and website management.
- Experience in producing communications for online channels, including eNewsletters (eg. using MailChimp or equivalent services).
