**Position Overview**:
The Perishables Airfreight Export Operations Specialist is responsible for the meticulous handling, processing, and distribution of shipping documents within the perishables sector. Core responsibilities include arranging pickups, ensuring timely and efficient completion of customer requirements, and maintaining compliance with established procedures and regulations.

**Key Details**:
Shift Timing: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (Standard Office Hours, 1-hour lunch break; Start times may be adjusted during peak periods)

Location: Adelaide, SA

**Key Qualifications**:
To excel in this role, you will need:

- Minimum of two (2) years of prior experience in the Freight Forwarding industry
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a previous or similar position (mandatory)
- Profound knowledge of Airfreight and freight forwarding procedures and regulations
- Extensive familiarity with Airfreight/Sea freight Export Operations
- Strong administrative skills
- Results-oriented mindset with a keen eye for detail
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, including phone etiquette.
- Interpersonal adeptness and clear, concise communication abilities
- Customer-centric approach with a strong commercial awareness
- Ability to work autonomously, taking initiative and ownership.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts, activities, and projects with professionalism and accuracy.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Effective time management and multitasking skills
- Independent work style in alignment with the autonomous nature of the role
