Our client, who is Australia's leading manufacturer in the motor vehicle accessory market, is seeking an **Entry Level, Trade Assistant** to join their growing team

This is an incredible opportunity to enter into a family-owned business that offer growth, support and on-going training This role could potentially lead to a **Boilermaker Apprenticeship** for the right person.

As a Entry Level Trade Assistant, you will provide crucial support to skilled trade workers in the production process. The role involves a combination of manual labour, equipment operation, and collaboration with trade professionals to ensure the efficient and safe completion of tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist skilled trade workers with daily tasks such as grinding, welding, cutting, and metal fabrication.
- Handle materials and tools, ensuring proper organization and distribution for client orders.
- Operate and maintain equipment under supervision, maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
- Liaise with department supervisors to address any changes in production schedules or workload.
- Maintain high levels of customer service through effective communication and adherence to quality standards.
- Participate in learning and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Ensure strict adherence to workplace health and safety regulations and procedures.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Preferred: Forklift License.
- Essential: QLD Manual Driver's License.
- High attention to detail and commitment to meeting client expectations.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to prioritize and complete tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement.
