Receptionist

Heard McEwan Legal are looking to appoint an experienced receptionist. The role will be based in our Wollongong office, while also supporting offices in Warilla & Dapto.
Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting clients
- Answering and directing incoming calls
- Setting up appointments/meeting rooms & managing calanders of colleagues.
- Distributing mail
- Stationery stock control
- Providing administrative support to colleagues
- Assisst / Supervise Junior tasks such collecting mail, stocking office equipment, filing & maintaining cleanliness of office.
- High volume call handing experience in a professional services environment
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly disposition
- A positive and pro-active personality
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task, manage competing priorities and able to work independently
- Experience in a customer facing role e.g. retail, hospitality would be ideal but is not required
- Superior customer service skills
- Effectively communicate with clients and colleagues
This full-time position requires hours of Monday - Friday from 8.45am to 5.15pm.
Rate of pay will be discussed & determined based on experience.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
