A Carpenter / Site supervisor is required by a construction company specialising in Multi Residential Developments, QBE and NDIS Insurance work.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, committed and experienced team member to add to their team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Carpenter/Site Supervisor, alongside other PM's, site supervisors in the construction of all projects.
- Assisting and organising trades, materials, products and labourers, to ensure the efficiency and productivity of the project as a whole.
- Building strong relationships and liaising with clients, and the other staff members.
- Ability to follow company Policies including OH&S guidelines.
- Assisting with Project Managers and CA's to ensure successful and on time delivery of project stages.
- Understanding how to schedule timelines and successful time management processes.
- Quality execution of all project requirements as per company's standards and policies.
- Minimum 2 years site supervisor experience in a similar role with a builder OR strong leading hand/project carpenter experience
- Commitment to quality and demonstration of pride in your work.
- Organised, punctual, and self-motivated with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Effective time management and prioritising skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a close-knit team.
- Able to produce detailed lists for sites to co-ordinate works. Computer proficiency is required.
- Understand and manage sequencing of works.
