We are seeking a School Finance Secretary with great attention to detail, who works calmly under pressure as they will need to work within a busy school office environment. Confidentiality and discretion are crucial attributes for the successful applicant along with an organised approach to work including time and priority management.
The School Finance Secretary is responsible for providing strategic advice and managing administration, financial matters and daily operations across the school. Working closely with the Finance team and other stakeholders you will provide high level support to deliver on operational targets.

- Highly organised
- Sound judgement, confidentiality and discretion
- Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

BCE finance system - Microsoft Dynamics D365 - experience advantageous but not essential
