**Purpose**
The School Enrolments Secretary is responsible for providing effective and efficient support services to ensure the smooth operation of the school's enrolment process. This role includes communication, administrative, and organisational responsibilities, contributing to the overall promotion and engagement of the school community.
**Accountabilities**- Provide comprehensive support to the school leadership team, assisting in preparing and distributing relevant materials to support school enrolment and promotion.Respond to enrolment enquiries promptly, providing accurate and relevant information, resolving concerns or issues, and ensuring correspondence is recorded according to established processes and procedures.-
- Assist in the development and maintenance of online enrolment systems, databases, and social media platforms, recommending improvements to enhance efficiency within routine procedures.-
- Maintain enrolment and marketing materials, monitor stock levels, and manage the distribution of enrolment packages, invoices, and related documentation.-
- Establish and manage filing and records systems, including databases of current and prospective students, key contacts, and community members.-
- Assist with the coordination of school tours, open days, and other key enrolment-related events throughout the year.To be eligible to be considered for this role you will:
- hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement;
- be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment; and
- have a commitment to and understanding of the ethos and traditions of Catholic Education.
