- NATA Accredited Adult Sleep Unit- Permanent part-time position (0.6 FTE)

Are you looking to grow and challenge yourself in an exciting leadership position?

Our NATA Accredited Sleep Unit is devoted to the provision of a quality laboratory service and provides clinicians with an appropriate range of diagnostic & treatment tests to assist in the management of patients with known or suspected sleep disorders.

**As a Sleep Services Lead your responsibilities will include**:

- Providing leadership, direction and coordination of patient care within the Sleep Unit
- Managing, mentoring and supporting our staff through training and supervision
- Promoting the service to internal and external stakeholders through development of relationships
- Demonstrating safety leadership by actively protecting others' well-being and committing to creating and maintain a safe work environment

As one of the largest private rehabilitation facilities in Australia, The Victorian Rehabilitation Centre has a reputation for high quality and patient-focused care, across a range of rehabilitation specialties, including orthopaedics, cardiac, reconditioning, neurology, trauma, pain management and sleep disorders. The centre offers a friendly and supportive staff environment, with our established multidisciplinary team servicing both inpatient and outpatient programs.

**Selection Criteria**:

- Bachelor degree or higher in a relevant area e.g. health science, applied science, physiology, allied health
- Experience in the Sleep field at Grade 2, 3 or Manager level
- Strong technical knowledge and insight into Sleep services
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Proven ability to work autonomously or with limited supervision
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable
- Strong problem solving & troubleshooting skills
