Lotus People are excited to be working with a specialist insurance business with an excellent reputation in the market. They have a social and open plan office space located close to Wynyard station. **THE ROLE**
**DUTIES**
- Manage and communicate with key internal and external stake holders for all operational business needs
- End to end management of internal and external requests for invoicing and renewals
- Tracking and updating processes through internal and external platforms
- Improving processes and procedures
- General Administration and underwriting support
- Maintaining operational quality standards
- Ensure compliance standards are met
**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
We are seeking someone who possesses the following skills and experience:
- Administration experience within banking or finance
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Team player
