The Role
We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Finance Support Analyst to join the Village Management Resident Ops Support team in the Retirement Living business, to be based in either Melbourne/Sydney Office on a permanent role.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, this is a great chance to work with a highly experienced team, across transactional aspects of the business. This role is responsible for the delivery of retirement villages operations transactional support to Keyton’s established villages. Your key tasks include:
- Issue resident billings and prepare weekly payment batches, bank and balance sheet reconciliations- Identify continuous improvement opportunities, as well as the embedding of process change and systems training across transactional aspects of the business- Support the development of Finance improvement initiatives and the design principles of the Finance organisation
Your background- Completed relevant tertiary degree in Business/Commerce major in Accounting/Finance- At least 1 year accounting and/or high volume transaction experience such as preparing journals, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.- A self-starter with the ability to multi-task and prioritise workload- Ability to work in a fast paced environment, working both autonomously and as part of a team
