We have an exciting opportunity for a hands-on Network Team Lead to join our small, but ambitious ISP as we continue to grow and revolutionize the industry across Australia.

You’ll have the opportunity to:
Lead the charge in designing, implementing, and managing our cutting-edge network infrastructure, supporting our growing customer base and spearheading new projects.
Mentor and guide our network engineering team, fostering a collaborative and skilled workforce. Take part in hiring top-tier network engineers to join our ranks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic plans, evaluate and implement the latest technologies, and ensure our network capabilities remain at the forefront of innovation.
- Responsibilities As a Network Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in the success of our organization. Your responsibilities will include:
Network Design & Projects: Take the lead in designing, implementing, and managing our network infrastructure. Spearhead new projects and ensure seamless integration of cutting-edge technologies to support our expanding customer base.
Mentoring & Hiring: Act as a mentor and technical expert for the network engineering team. Provide guidance, support, and knowledge transfer to team members. Participate in the hiring process to attract top-tier network engineers to join our team.
Tech Lead Duties: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic plans and ensure effective execution. Lead technology evaluations and make recommendations to enhance our network capabilities.
Vendor Experience: Possess hands-on experience with Juniper, Aruba, Cisco and Arista technologies. Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with vendors to ensure we have access to the best solutions in the industry.
Datacentre & Spine Leaf Networking: Demonstrate expertise in data center and spine-leaf networking designs. Optimize network performance, scalability, and resiliency to meet the demands of our growing customer base.
Firewall Expertise: Strong experience with firewalls, ideally in Fortinet and Palo Alto. Enhance our network security posture and ensure the protection of our customers’ data and systems.
