**Description**:
What Awaits You...

In this role, you'll be a crucial part of our Business Insights and Analytics team, providing essential data services for CoAct. Your responsibilities will vary depending on the team's needs, with a primary focus on database administration, management, and optimisation.

You'll be diving into a variety of tasks each day, including but not limited to:
Optimizing CoAct’s data warehouse and SQL queries
Understanding data flow, formats, and inputs
Managing and optimizing data tables
Creating visual representations of data
Implementing and monitoring ETL processes
Engaging with internal and external customers
Gathering project requirements from business units
Researching process and product improvements

**Skills and Experiences**:
**To excel in this role, you’ll need**:
Strong relationship-building skills
Personal organisation, initiative, and resourcefulness
Autonomy and a willingness to learn
Advanced knowledge of SQL, Azure, and ETL processes
Advanced knowledge and understating of database tools and security settings
Problem-solving skills and the ability to document methodologies
Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience in IT/Data Science
