**About the Role**
As the Manager of Membership & Partnership Growth, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing strategic and commercial relationships within businesses/organisations to drive the growth of AHRI’s membership. This is a client-facing role, where you’ll focus on new business acquisition and account management of existing organisation members, ensuring AHRI's ongoing growth and influence.

**About You**
With a background in membership and/or partnership sales, you’ll

possesses an innate ability to connect with senior-level stakeholders effortlessly. You’ll have a genuine interest and enthusiasm that captivates prospects and builds trust. You’ll be intuitive at understanding the member's needs with the ability to present tailored solutions seamlessly, resulting in authentic and enduring relationships.

Experience and understanding of HR practices and principles will be a strong advantage.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop, implement, and maintain an effective account management model to service AHRI’s business members
- Build and nurture relationships with key senior HR professionals to promote AHRI services and drive commercial outcomes
- Develop and execute sales and partnership strategies to drive member growth (new and existing) and engagement
- Generate new business through relationship-building, presentations, and meetings with prospective organisations
- Close commercial agreements and negotiate contracts
- Build trust and integrity through transparent communications and commitments with internal and external stakeholders

**Skills, Experience & Qualifications**
- Proven experience in business development, account management, or a related field
- Strong understanding of the HR industry and the Australian business landscape
- Demonstrated experience working with large government and private sector organisations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with senior key stakeholders
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, marketing, or a related discipline.
