**About the team**:

**About the role**:
In this Group Product Owner role, you will help to transform how we collaborate and win together with our supplier partners in the future through the development and implementation of a new supplier portal. This position will see you lead and manage Agile technology programs with 6 squads with numerous integrations with other Cole’s systems. In this very cross functional role, you will also:

- Create a vision, product strategy and roadmap that will align to the Coles strategy and deliver the highest value for Cole’s suppliers and supplier facing team members
- Responsible for creating frameworks and approach for engaging with customers at scale to feed into creation of product strategy and roadmap that delivers high quality customer experiences and improves business metrics
- Conduct focus groups and user workshops to understand customer needs and identify opportunities for growth and improvement of the product
- Gather, manage, and prioritise product requirement across multiple squads and ensure all are heading towards an overarching goal
- Define and prioritise initiatives from across Coles and provide thought leadership as they are executed from discovery to delivery
- Mentor and lead product managers and utilise creative methodology to improve culture and product processes
- Create and utilise the right OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) to define objectives, key success measures and set up effective governance practises

**About you and your skill**:
This is an exciting role where you will be able to demonstrate your proven Agile working experience and your well-developed stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in the development and mentorship of product managers and contributing to the product chapter
- Proven experience in supporting digital channels in a large, complex organisation with exposure to working in a digital first organisation with a strong customer centric focus
- Exceptional people management, collaboration, and communication skills
- Demonstrated experience in working with and influencing senior stakeholders within a complex matrix environment, spanning both business and technology
- Complex problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage change in an organisation.
