Our high academic achievement is a testament to our dedicated teachers who take great pride in creating rich and engaging educational programs that provide appropriate intellectual challenges and encourage all students to continually flourish.We are seeking an experienced English teacher who considers themselves an English specialist and is capable of teaching years 7-12 to start 17 April, 2023.As a teacher at Varsity College, you will be an integral part of our secondary teaching team, delivering a vibrant curriculum to our students and possessing a strong knowledge of content and pedagogy in this area. You will be using teaching strategies that cater to the needs of a diverse student group and an ability to differentiate curriculum to the needs of the students. You will bring your passion for English to the classroom and above all, have a willingness to engage, connect and enhance learning outcomes for our students.

- Current full registration or current provisional registration with eligibility for full registration, as a teacher in Queensland. - In addition to registration, teachers working in Education and Care Services (including State Delivered Kindergarten programs) require an exemption card issued by Blue Card Services. For more information on blue cards and exemption cards, please CLICK HERE.

- Attach your current CV including contact details of two professional referees (one of whom is your current supervisor) and a maximum 2 page written response outlining your suitability for the role under "How You Will Be Assessed"
