**Job Description**:
We are looking for someone that will be a great first point of contact for our clients. You will use your technical ability and previous experience to troubleshoot and seek to resolve their query in the first instance. With the ability to perform complex troubleshooting to isolate, diagnose, and correct problems. This role is varied and is a great way to develop your skills in a fun and supportive team environment.

Someone with a strong client focus
Demonstrable technical ability
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
Experience in either service desk or MSP environment
Understanding of ITIL processes
