Children's Health Queensland provides services from key locations in the Brisbane metropolitan area and works with the 15 other hospital and health services as well as NGOs and charity partners in Queensland to deliver an integrated network of healthcare services and support across the state.

**Your Opportunity**:
The position of Advanced Health Worker for Head to Health Kids Queensland (H2HK-Q Greater Brisbane Service) will:

- Provide culturally sensitive and safe service delivery for H2HK-Q Greater Brisbane service; as a member of a multi-disciplinary team, to optimise Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander consumer participation and outcomes for infants, children and their families who use the H2HK-Q service.
- Participate in quality improvement activities associated with the H2HK-Q Greater Brisbane Service.
- Provide culturally competent advice in treatment and care planning for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander infants, children, families inclusive of the community sector.
