Today, Moose Toys is now seeking an **Accounts Assistant** to join the Executive Finance team.

**Responsibilities**

General booking task and administration, specifically, but not limited to:

- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Entering high volume of data into accounting software or databases then filing hard copies
- Managing fixed assets register
- Preparing and completing daily, weekly & monthly bank reconciliations and management of bank accounts
- Assisting with the payroll procedures including processing of expenses and other ad hoc documents e.g., credit card statements.
- Assisting in the month/year end process and ensuring that all paperwork is scanned and filed in a timely manner.

**Key Skills and Experience**
- High volume data entry experience
- Ability to multitask and prioritize to ensure deadlines are being met
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to build relationships with key company stakeholder
- Experienced across MS Office Suite skills and other systems/platforms like Xero/MYOB

**Qualifications**
- Prior experience in similar role.
