**What you'll do**

As a Marketing Manager in the Everyday Brand & Marketing Tribe, this role is responsible for the planning, executing and optimisation of Go-to-Market campaigns for Everyday propositions, including always-on activity to educate, engage and inspire.

You will work closely with the EverydayX business units and Group Brand & Marketing teams to ensure a collaborative and cohesive approach to how we market new and existing propositions, products and features to engage and grow connected customer and member value.

You are responsible for developing, managing and activating marketing plans throughout the marketing funnel aligned to defined objectives.

Within your remit is the need to facilitate the strategic integration of Everyday propositions into the existing EverydayX businesses and Group Brand & Marketing marketing plans, as well as identify additional opportunities within the customer journey to educate, engage and inspire.
- Support the development of the go-to-market strategy and approach for key Everyday propositions
- Develop, manage and deliver marketing plans and calendars of activity for propositions you lead or support
- Partner with agencies and creative teams to brief and develop effective marketing communications
- Collaborate with Business Units, agencies and the Everyday Brand & Marketing Tribe to successfully deliver campaigns, communications and creative
- Support the integration of propositions within the Everyday portfolio within Woolworths supermarkets, Big W and eComReview and measure the performance of marketing plans

**What you'll bring
- 5+ years marketing experience in digital marketing and GTM (or similar roles)
- Tertiary education in related fields
- Retail, eCommerce and loyalty experience desirable
- End-to-end campaign management experience including strategic brief writing, creative evaluation, production and measurement
- Demonstrated ability to influence, establish and maintain strong relationships
- Strong presentation, communication and planning skills
- Experience in working in complex, multi-stakeholder and fast paced environments.Knowledge of how to use insights to drive effective marketing campaigns
