**About the Position**:
Ceramic Artisans is a boutique, full-service dental laboratory in the heart of Chatswood. We are currently searching for a Dental Lab Manager to lead and manage our lab team on a Full Time basis.

Our core focus areas for the position and lab include working with other Ceramic Artisans technicians to provide a smooth lab production process, ensuring work is completed to schedule, and maintaining a high-quality of product for clients.

We are digitally focused with the latest milling, printing and scanning technologies.

**The successful applicant will have**:

- Previous Lab Manager experience
- Experience with layering porcelain
- Experience in CAD/CAM
- A drive to continuously learn and grow in the field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Finishing and staining monolithic crowns experience
- Quality control checking cases
- Experience liaising with Dentists
- Staining and glazing of experiences e.max and Zirconia
- Experience in anterior and posterior layering ceramic
- Exposure to full arch implant prosthetics and complex prosthodontic restorations.
