**Diploma Childcare Educator - Dandenong VIC**

Finnish Early Childhood Education (Dandenong) Pty Ltd (trading as HEI Schools Dandenong North Early Education Centre) is a childcare centre located in Dandenong VIC with unprecedented new concept where both Finnish and Australian early childhood education concepts are blended together. We are looking for an experienced and open-minded early childhood teacher (ECT) who would like to embrace new ideas to establish and delivery pedagogical programs to the children. This position can be full-time or part-time and based in Dandenong VIC.

ABOUT YOU:

- Having Diploma of in early childhood education and care or equivalent
- Having working experience within the early childhood sector
- Holding core values of building and maintaining strong relationships and partnerships with children, families and colleagues
- Having a mindset of respect and appreciation of a strong team culture of working together
- Having an open mind and belief to embrace new early childhood education concept for better future of children
- Having Approved First Aid, CPR and Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certification
- Having current work with children check

KEY DUTIES:

- Participate in the implementation of curriculum and education programs
- Provide support and feedback to the room leaders
- Make sure the children room is clean and safe for children and educators
- Utilize education Apps to provide feedback to parents regarding the learning of their children in our centre
