Maintenance Manager

**The Role**
- Full ongoing training for entry-level and assistants
- Support a POD of Strata Managers with all things maintenance management on multiple complexes
- Liaise with contractors and building managers
- Schedule maintenance works from minor to large
- Liaise with Strata managers regarding any complex situations and budgets
